Terms of Service

Effective October 11, 2026. These terms are between you and Jonathan Day ("we"). Contact: support@statsheets.app.

1. The service

StatSheets is a Google Sheets add-on that performs statistical calculations on data you select. The free tools are free for any lawful use. Pro features require a paid individual or classroom license.

2. Accuracy

We test StatSheets against established statistical libraries and fix reported errors promptly. Still, StatSheets is provided "as is." You are responsible for choosing appropriate methods and for checking results before relying on them for any academic, medical, financial, legal, or safety-critical decision.

3. Licenses and payment

• Individual Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the link in your receipt; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Classroom licenses cover one course section for one academic term, for the number of students stated at purchase. The instructor may share the class code only with students enrolled in that section.
• Refunds: if Pro does not work for you, email us within 14 days of a charge for a full refund.
• Prices may change; changes apply at your next renewal and we will email you first.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass license checks, resell or publicly post class codes, reverse-engineer the license server, or use StatSheets to break the law or Google's terms.

5. Availability

StatSheets depends on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. We are not responsible for outages or changes on Google's side. If we ever discontinue Pro, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid license.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to StatSheets is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost grades.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will change the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the add-on. These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA.
